Travel Advisor with Dutch

Job description:

Communicate with travelers via phone, chat, and email in a professional and enthusiastic manner, ensuring they feel heard and supported.
Assist customers with managing hotel and flight reservations as well as car rental bookings.
Handle customer information responsibly and ensure the confidentiality and security of travelers’ data.
Work collaboratively with a dynamic team to deliver high-quality customer service and provide effective solutions to travelers.
The role requires regular use of a computer and keyboard, including navigating internal systems and performing tasks digitally.

Requirements:

Fluency in Dutch (C1 level) and good command of English (B2 level).
Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to work.
Motivation to learn and develop within the tourism and travel industry.
Ability to work with a computer and navigate multiple systems efficiently.
Willingness to learn – full training will be provided to help you succeed in the role
