Job description:

Responding to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email, representing Volkswagen Group with professionalism and enthusiasm
Maintaining clear and accurate documentation of customer interactions, resolutions, and follow-ups in the CRM system
Collaborating with colleagues to enhance the overall customer experience
Staying updated on Volkswagen Group’s latest offerings, policies, and services to provide customers with accurate and timely information
Exhibiting warmth and enthusiasm in every customer interaction
Utilizing knowledge of automotive and digital products to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively

Requirements:

1+ years of experience in a call center or customer service role, preferably in the automotive industry
Strong communication skills, with a minimum C1 level in Dutch
Very good knowledge of English language, minimum B2 level for internal communication, documentation & training
Ability to stay composed, tactful, and solution-focused when interacting with customers
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent problem-solving skills and a creative, solution-oriented mindset
Passion for continuous learning and adapting to new technologies and processes at Volkswagen Group

Nice to have:

Experience with luxury brands and high-end customer relationships, particularly in the automotive sector
Familiarity with CRM systems
